System overview
A polyurethane cementitious screed installed at 4–9 mm, engineered specifically for HACCP, BRC and SALSA-audited food and beverage environments. PU screed handles thermal shock (from steam clean and –40°C freezers), aggressive food acids, oils and continuous wash-down.

4 mm (standard), 6 mm (wash-down), 9 mm (thermal shock and MHE).
Excellent resistance to lactic, acetic and other organic acids, animal fats, blood, sugars, alkalis, solvents, hot water, steam and CIP chemistry. Rated for daily hot wash-down and steam clean.

Installation process
- Step 01
Survey and audit review
We attend site with your QA or ops team, confirm audit standard, chemical exposure, thermal profile and cleaning regime.
- Step 02
Substrate preparation
Diamond grinding or captive shot-blasting to CSP 4. Slabs green enough for direct application are accepted with a moisture-tolerant primer.
- Step 03
Coving and drain detailing
Coves are formed at wall junctions and drains detailed for full hygiene. Sump pans and gullies dressed to fall.
- Step 04
PU screed application
The polyurethane cementitious screed is mixed on-site and trowel-applied to the specified thickness in one pass.
- Step 05
Seal coat (if specified)
Where a colour-fast or higher slip rating is required, an aliphatic PU seal coat is applied over the screed.
- Step 06
Audit handover
Handover pack includes specification, MSDS, cleaning schedule and a written care regime for your auditor.
