Cure and return-to-service times vary by system and site conditions.

- Daily damp-mop with clinical detergent at approved dilution
- Weekly rotary buff with pH-neutral cleaner
- Six-monthly cove and threshold inspection

Can you work while the ward or surgery is live?
Yes. We use zip-wall containment, HEPA extraction and silent-run grinders, and we routinely work overnight or in phased zone shutdowns agreed with your infection-control team.
Will the floor cope with chair-castor wear?
Yes — the systems we specify for treatment rooms are engineered for wheeled clinical load and never soften or score the way vinyl sheet does.
Is anti-microbial resin worth the upcharge?
In treatment rooms, surgical prep and veterinary theatres, yes — silver-ion loading suppresses bio-burden between clean cycles. In back-of-house corridors, standard PU is enough.
