What is commercial resin flooring?
Commercial resin flooring is a poured, two-pack chemistry, most often epoxy, polyurethane, PU cementitious screed, methacrylate or vinyl-ester. It goes down as a seamless, jointless surface over mechanically prepared concrete, replacing tile, vinyl, painted concrete and worn industrial slabs with a floor built around the loading, chemistry and cleaning regime of your business.
Systems run from 300-micron decorative coatings in a corporate reception through to 9 mm polyurethane screed in a wet-process food factory. The right specification comes off the actual conditions on site, not a generic industrial sheet. How long does a commercial floor last?
A correctly specified and installed system runs 15–25 years in commercial service. High-wear zones (entrances, forklift turning points, drop bays) are refreshed on shorter cycles as part of a maintenance programme.
Can you install without stopping our operations?
Yes. Almost every commercial job is phased zone-by-zone around live operations, using overnight, weekend or annual-shutdown windows. Fast-cure systems allow overnight turnaround for critical aisles.

How much does commercial resin flooring cost?
Cost is driven by area, prep needed, system spec and access. As a broad guide, decorative commercial coatings start around £35–£55/m² and heavy-duty PU screed sits £75–£120/m² installed. Every quote is written after a site survey.
Is resin flooring slip-safe?
Yes. Systems are tuned to R10 (dry, office) up to R13 (wet, heavy-industrial) using aggregate broadcast. Each zone is specified to HSE guidance for the traffic and moisture it sees.
Do you handle line marking and colour zoning?
Yes — aisles, walkways, racking legs, cell boundaries and hazard zones are installed with the finish using two-pack epoxy or MMA, not sprayed paint that fails inside a year.
Can you install into a food or pharmaceutical environment?
Yes. We install HACCP-, BRC-, GMP- and MHRA-compliant PU screed and coved systems into food factories, breweries, dairies, cleanrooms and pharmaceutical QC labs.
