System overview
A multi-layer resin build engineered for industrial loading — forklift, reach truck, VNA, EPT and heavy pedestrian traffic. Depending on exposure, the system is delivered on epoxy, PU or hybrid chemistry with quartz aggregate for abrasion.
Standard specification for warehouses, distribution centres, factories, hangars and any industrial floor where the floor must last as long as the racking.
4–9 mm depending on loading and exposure (6 mm nominal industrial).
High resistance to hydrocarbons, water-based coolants, hydraulic oils, mild acids and alkalis. Aggressive chemistry (concentrated acids, ketones, hot solvents) is handled by specifying a novolac or vinyl-ester variant.

Installation process
- Step 01
Survey and duty specification
We survey site, review racking drawings and MHE list, and specify a build-up sized for point loads, wheel type and traffic pattern.
- Step 02
Substrate preparation
Diamond grinding or captive shot-blasting to CSP 4, HEPA vacuum extraction and moisture testing.
- Step 03
Repairs and joint treatment
Cracks, blowholes and joints are resin-repaired. Movement joints are mirrored in the finish.
- Step 04
Priming
Penetrating epoxy or moisture-tolerant PU primer applied to bind substrate and prevent outgassing.
- Step 05
Body coat and broadcast
Self-smoothing screed or broadcast build is trowel-applied to the specified thickness. Quartz aggregate is broadcast to refusal for abrasion.
- Step 06
Seal coat and lining
Clear or pigmented seal coat is applied, then racking bays, aisles and pedestrian routes are line-marked to your GA drawing.

Maintenance guidance
- Daily: auto-scrub with pH-neutral cleaner in high-traffic aisles
- Weekly: rotary scrub in wet or oily zones
- Re-line racking bays and pedestrian routes every 3–5 years
- Re-broadcast aggregate in wet lanes at year 10–12 if slip drops
