A high-end decorative epoxy system where metallic pigments are dispersed through the wet body coat and manipulated with solvent, air and technique to produce a fluid, three-dimensional finish. Every pour is unique.

2–3 mm typical.
Good resistance to oils, greases, household chemicals and mild acids. Not intended for aggressive chemical or wash-down environments.

Installation process
- Step 01
Design consult and sample
We agree the pigment palette and effect, and produce a physical sample panel for sign-off before pouring the floor.
- Step 02
Substrate preparation
Diamond grinding to CSP 3, crack repair and full priming. Metallic floors show substrate variation — prep is meticulous.
- Step 03
Base coat
A pigmented base coat is applied to set the underlying ground colour and eliminate any bleed-through from the substrate.
- Step 04
Metallic pour
The metallic-charged resin is poured and manipulated with solvent, brushes and torch to develop the movement, depth and colour transitions.
- Step 05
Clear top coat
A clear polyurethane top coat is applied to lock in the effect and deliver the specified sheen and abrasion resistance.

Maintenance guidance
- Weekly: soft mop with pH-neutral cleaner
- Avoid grit — walk-off matting at entrances is essential
- Renew top coat every 4–6 years to reset gloss and clarity
- Deep buff and re-seal in feature areas as required

Yes. The pigment movement is developed on the day and no two pours are ever identical. We sample first so the palette and style are agreed.
Under decorative traffic (retail, showroom, residential) it lasts 15+ years. Not intended for MHE traffic or wet-process environments.
The clear PU top coat provides the wear layer. Fine surface scratches can be polished back; deeper wear is renewed by re-sealing.
Yes — the base coat and pigments can be tuned to a brand palette. We sample and sign off before pouring.
Smooth gloss (R9) becomes slippery when wet. For thresholds and entrance zones we specify an anti-slip additive in the top coat.
